Grounds - (photos above) We have land
and water for all retrievers. Our land entails
4 acres developed for hunting retrievers. Our water
consists of a well-developed large pond that is
100 yards wide and 300 yards deep.

access to 6-acre lake and 10 acres of land for
our "OVER
